We have started the 30 day Shred from Jillian Micheals. You know who she is... the biggest loser trainer. Well she is just as tough in here DVD as I bet she is on the ranch!!!

We are at Day 2 - wish me luck. This morning walking up the stairs was a work out!!

I also heard about the 21 Day cleanse that is supposed to re-establish your metabolism. I don't think I have had one of those since I had my third child!! In order to cleanse you are supposed to give up:
*Alcohol
*Caffiene
*Sugar
*Gluten
* Animal Protiens

I have given up Gluten - since December... And so has Wrangler Man - unvoluntarily - and he lost a few pounds.... I won't talk about me. So my dilemma is what to give up next, to slowly start this cleanse???

Animal proteins?? Like no meat of any kind and no eggs????

What's left if you give up all that, just vegetables? That would be hard for 21 days.
Good luck, at least you don't have to give up fabric :) No alochol, caffeine, sugar - uh oh what's left?????
